The mesh used in the lining and in the pockets is made from 90% recycled polyester and 10% elastane.
Last but not least, on front, we use a slightly warmer and very breathable wadding that is made from 100% recycled polyester.
WATER-REPELLENT PROPERTY OF COMPONENT (NOT TO BE CONFUSED WITH WATERPROOFING)
The water-repellent property of a fabric is its capacity to make water run off its surface without absorbing it.
Your gilet will not soak up water and stays lightweight and breathable. The fabric is made water-repellent by treating its outer surface, however this property may deteriorate with use.
To reactivate it, follow the guide:

Our water repellent treatment is PFC-free.
The water-repellent treatment of our MT 500 trekking gilet does not contain PFCs.
